Nothing too much trouble, overall exceptional place.

Immaculately clean venue and professional and wonderfully helpful employees. Spotlessly clean building and rooms with a comfortable bed. Breakfast at 8.15am. Peaceful location in Totton, next to Dorset and Hampshire, good pubs or resturants and the New Forest and surrounding area. Again, not far from Eling Tide Mill.
